    Bucket elevator is a widely used vertical lifting equipment, which is used to lift various materials, such as ore, coal, cement clinker, etc. It has the following characteristics:

    1. Wide lifting range. This kind of elevator has few requirements on the type, characteristics and block size of materials. It can not only lift powdery, granular and blocky materials, but also lift grinding materials.

    2. Large conveying capacity. This series of hoists has more than ne15-ne800 specifications.

    3. Low driving power. This type of elevator adopts inflow feeding and gravity induced unloading, and adopts densely arranged large capacity hoppers for conveying, with medium chain speed and large lifting capacity. During the lifting of materials, there is almost no return of materials, so the driving power is small. Theoretically, the shaft power is 25% - 35% of that of the chain hoist.

    4. Long service life. The feeding of the elevator adopts inflow type, and there is little extrusion and collision between materials. The design of the elevator ensures that materials will not fall down during feeding, lifting and unloading, which prevents abrasive wear. The conveyor chain adopts plate chain wear-resistant chain, which extends the service life of the chain and chain bucket.     Structure of hoist

    Ne series plate chain hoist is composed of running parts, driving device, upper device, middle casing and lower device.

    Running parts - composed of hopper and sleeve roller chain, adopt double row chain.

    Driving device - Y series motor is adopted, which is connected to the main shaft through hydraulic coupling, reducer and chain drive reducer (the temperature switch is determined by the user), or Y series motor is adopted, which is connected to the main shaft through V-belt, reducer (with backstop) and ZL coupling

    Slow rotation device - adopt reduction motor, drive the reducer through clutch, reducer and chain (customized by the user), and install maintenance rack handrail on the driving platform.

    The driving device is divided into two types: left mounted and right mounted:

    Left installation: facing the feeding port, the power of the driving device is on the left side of the casing.

    Right installation: facing the feeding port, the power of the driving device is on the right side of the casing.

    Upper device - a backstop is installed, and the discharge port is equipped with an anti return plate. (the first and second degree deviation switches and speed switches are customized by the user).
